I am trying to back up a win2012r2 file server with Appassure 5.4.2.192. The server backed up all drives successfully for a week and then the D: of the server grayed out in Appassure. I spent a week with Appassure tech support and they have concluded that it is a VSS issue.
The tech did all manner of VSS testing, removing/adding, I am not sure what all.
VSSadmin list writers shows all Stable.
We are transitioning from Backup Exec to Appassure (trying to anyway), so the server runs both the Appassure agent & the BE agent, however so do the rest of my servers and they are having no issues.
The only VSS event I have is 12290:

Any suggestions as to what I could look at next before I call MS support?
Thanks
