I am streaming out using FMS (v4.0) on Windows 2008 R2 - the streams never get over 4.5% and it starts stuttering - Ive done a speedtest on server and it says only have 100Mb - the data center says I have 1Gb connection, the card is set for full duplex 1Gb and and it displays 1Gb on the Task Manager/Network.
anyone have any ideas? thanks
