IIS 7.0 on SBS 2011 not displaying new website

Hi,

I added a new website to the IIS sites.

filled out the new website form as usual,

name XXX

physical path C:\XXX

binding http www.xxx.com.au : 80

when I explore from the menu the website shows correctly.

but when I browse I get the following result: Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

when I diagnose I get the result : The remote device or resource won't accept the connection

when I highlight the result I get: the device or resource www.xxx.com.au is not setup to accept connections on port "The World Wide Web Service HTTP"

everything else works fine
