Could you help me to solve an issue.
We have users on domain and with no administrative accounts on their local pc. Sometime users move to another site with thir laptops and need to access applications on network from this new location.
configuration of users IP is set manually, in all sites we are not using DHCP servers.
how could we give users right only to be able to change IP address on windowsxp on their local portable PC when they move to new location.
