Is there any useful free way to get a access control list security permissions report for a Windows 2008 server for audit purposes. I am aware of MBSA that reports the top level share and directory permissions listings, but I could do with a report that can go a few directories deeper and report ACL's for them too, in a single report....
I.e. MBSA would report share and directory permissions for each share for \\server\share but inheritance could be broken at that point, so I could ideally do with a report that produces the same for every sub directory \\server\share\subDir1\\server\share\subDir2 \\server\share\subDir3 etc
