One Domain, two networks question

Greetings, I currently have two networks:

A) 192.168.10.0/24
B) 10.0.10.0/24

My DNS (windows 2003 server) has two NICs, one of them has been serving to network A for some time (192.168.10.2). The second one has recently been enabled within network B (10.0.10.2). The Domain was initially configured with network A, and I have already configured several computers (from network A) to the Domain (my.domain).

Now I need to configure the domain on network B and I need some guidance on where to start, at least what would be the basic steps to do it. I have manually configured the network B PC's System32/drivers/etc/host to map 10.0.10.2 with my.domain and I successfully ping it without problem. But as soon as I try to add it to the domain, it promts an error.

My first guess would be that I need to add a new domain, parallel to the current one (my.domain), however, I'm a newb on domain configuration, and I would like to know if this is the right path or should I use the one that is already created.

thank you
