Server 2003 R2 red arrow on DCOM

Hi,

I have red arrow on My Computer in Component Services. When I right click on My computer, properties only one tab is available, COM Security. I tried adjusting permission according to the settings on good server 2003 machine, and that brought back 4 tabs back except MSDTC. However after reboot it went back to original state. If I try to connect to dcom from different machine it throws access denied error. When I right click on My Computer and Refresh all components I get "Error code 8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator."
